Experience the best of Port Orange when you book a stay at this lovely, family-friendly home! Nestled in a pleasant neighborhood, within a few short miles you can tour Dunlawton Sugar Mill Gardens, head out on a fishing excursion, attend an event at the Daytona International Speedway, and of course, explore the area's numerous beaches, historic sites, and parks. A special fall season perk, Daytona's annual Biketoberfest takes place in mid-October.

When you need a break from the sun, head inside your home-away-from-home where you'll immediately take notice of the living area's comfortable seating and TV. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen is fully stocked with updated appliances, ample meal prep space, and numerous nifty gadgets. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table inside, or eat by the palms on the screened-in porch.

Follow the home's charming nautical mementos in both of the bedrooms, equally inviting with soft linens and tasteful decorations. Child-friendly perks include a Pack-N-Play and a high chair. Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer, board games, and central air-conditioning.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
