Grand Beach, Cedar St

Overall was nice. Tons of food items in cabinets made it feel like it was someone’s house. No window treatments in living room was odd, not comfortable and felt exposed. Not a great beach to be able to walk but the view was nice. Grand Beach is charming.

Outstanding location. Golf cart great. House was musty. No screens on windows to air place out. Furniture old and needs to be replaced. Screened porch was dirty. This place needs deep cleaning. Purchased air freshener to help with old smell. Did not work
