New house, large, bright and ventilated, land of 500 mts² with large lawn patio, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen / dining room, balcony and laundry area with washing machine. Situated in a quiet street. Sleeps 6 people with cable TV, wifi, dvd, alarm system, doorphone and beautiful view of the hills and sunset. Large garden all lawn, covered garage with electronic gate, 12min walking from the beach. Next to the famous Joaquina beach and Lagoa da Conceição where there is a wide commerce, restaurants and nightlife. The house is close to supermarket, library, pharmacy and bakery. Everything can be done on foot. Campeche beach is suitable for surfing, kitesurfing and diving on Campeche Island where you can make beautiful trails or observe rock inscriptions. With clear waters, Campeche Island is a World Heritage Site.

Experiência maravilhosa

Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa, com um ótimo custo benefício. A casa é muito melhor do que aparenta nas fotos. Os cômodos são bem distribuídos e bem ventilados. O jardim é grande e bom para crianças brincarem. As camas são confortáveis. A localização também é outro ponto positivo: é possível ir a pé para a praia do campeche, tem restaurantes, padaria e mercado próximos, fácil acesso ao aeroporto e as outras praias da ilha.

Casa em ótimo estado, próxima a praia e com excelente jardim. Ficamos muito mais que satisfeitos!

A estadia nossa em Florianópolis não poderia ser melhor! A casa é bem iluminada, espaçosa e com uma bela vista do Morro do Lampião. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pela proprietária, com uma bela cesta de frutas, chocolate, suco e cerveja na geladeira. Além disso ela estava sempre de prontidão para qualquer dúvida ou ajuda que precisamos. Para família o espaço externo é perfeito, as crianças podem brincar a vontade, curtir o terraço com uma brisa refrescante e balançar em uma das três redes a disposição. A princípio tinhamos medo da escada da sala sem proteção, por causa de nossas filhas pequenas. Maria Lúcia já preparada para situação nos surpreendeu colocando uma rede de proteção que só no momento da chegada fomos informados sobre esse preparativo, sem ela nem ao menos saber de nossa preocupação. Os quartos são bem ventilados e iluminados, e a casa por estar no alto sempre bate uma brisa refrescante sem fazer falta ar condicionado. Foi realmente umas férias onde nos sentimos em casa, com o sabor da Ilha da Magia ao redor!
