Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (great privacy), two bathrooms, living room, direct access to the Cosmo casino, use of Cosmo pool with reservation, free underground parking, recreation area on second floor with exercise facility, jacuzzi pool, swimming pool, and barbeques. No smoking. No pets. Best location on the Strip and great location for your SUPERBOWL WEEK experience. SUPERBOWL tickets are expensive so save money and stay here for less than most hotels. And NO resort fees. You can cook or make snacks in your own kitchen. Small confection store on site and numerous stores on the strip for extra groceries such as CVS and Walgreen pharmacies. This suite has two bathrooms with hair dryer(s), separate living area, full kitchen including a microwave and stove, dining area, cable television, DVD player, and air conditioning. Bed types are a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second room, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area. And no extra resort/hotel fees and free parking and direct access to the Cosmo hotel casino. This is an older timeshare building with excellent maintenance record and you can't beat the location. The Cosmopolitan hotel was built around the Jockey Club so half the rooms have only a view of concrete but at least it is quiet and usually you don't go to Vegas for the view from your hotel room. I have stayed on both sides and the open side with a view of the Bellagio fountains was noisy in the morning because of the delivery trucks accessing the Cosmo hotel. And that is likely when you want a little extra sleep to recover from the previous night. It is a crap shoot as to what room you get, but in any case, you can't beat the location at this price. Check it out on-line and check the reviews. Lots of reviews on trip advisor. I think you will be surprised in a good way with the accommodation. My daughter used it once with some friends and I thought with them being millennials that they would not like it but she said all of them were truly amazed and pleased with their trip and the accommodations. Give it a try. And remember NO resort fees which can be as high as $1000 on top of the room rent. And those rooms may have only two queen beds, one bathroom, no privacy and nothing else and up on the umpteenth floor of some hotel that takes many minutes to walk to from the lobby. And those rooms are not always in the best condition either. And those rooms cost up to infinity for Superbowl week. I am not charging infinity but I do expect a reasonable rate for this week considering the location and the fully equipped suite that it is. Your questions are welcome. One mention is that the rates are listed in Canadian dollars for some reason. USA dollars would be $500.
