The unit was professionally cleaned before your stay on December 25, and all bedding, including comforters, was laundered after every guest.
We have time-stamped photos confirming the property was fully prepared and inspected prior to your visit.
We have checked property’s status both before and after your stay, and everything was in perfect order.
To see claims suggesting otherwise is completely inaccurate and unfair.
We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously, and it is frustrating when false statements are made publicly.
We pride ourselves on providing a spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained home, and we are disappointed that this was not reflected in your review.
This is fallacious and unacceptable. This is the very first time, we are experiencing a malicious attack on our services. Hosts, please BEWARE of such guests.
