Just 35 minutes from Fort Myers airport, this 2nd-floor condo features vaulted ceilings, a screened lanai adjacent to nice, eat-in kitchen Master bedroom with King-size bed, private bath and 32' flat-screen TV; Guest bedroom with Queen-size bed; large dining room table, great arm chairs; New 46' TV in living room with great view of the lake to watch the sunsets. Nice comfortable furnishings. Laundry room with washer, dryer. Freshly painted and newly furnished. Designated parking space. Great Neighbors -- us for example!
One of the best condos in all of Winterpark. Access to largest pool in SW Florida. 6 tennis courts. Close to downtown 5th Ave and 3rd Street shops and restaurants in the heart of Olde Naples. It was like living in an art museum. We counted 98 paintings! The host took care of everything. Close to beaches and great resale shops!

Relaxing stay in Naples

Just finished an excellent one month stay in Jeff's condo. The place is nicely furnished and decorated with plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. The complex is very quiet and the shared pool is huge. Easy drive in to Naples center or out to the Everglades and plenty of shopping and food nearby. Jeff (who lives downstairs) is very easy to deal with. I would happily stay here again if I return to Naples. Highly recommended.
