As arrive on the property, you'll be greeted by the inviting front patio rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

As you enter you are welcomed with the living and dining areas first. These areas were designed for relaxation, entertaining, ad gathering. It features ample seating, a 60" flat panel HDTV, and an abundance of natural light. Adjacent to the living area is a half bath for your convenience.

For the culinary enthusiasts, our fully stocked gourmet kitchen awaits. With generous granite prep space, it's perfect for indulging in your culinary creations.

On the first floor, you'll find a delightful master bedroom with a king bed, an adjacent full bathroom, and closets. The property also includes a washer and dryer conveniently located next to the half bath.

Upstairs, a cozy loft space furnished with a sofa bed and a 50" HDTV awaits. Just around the corner from the loft is the second guest bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a full bathroom en suite. This bedroom also offers a welcoming front porch with two loveseat swings, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the refreshing breeze from the nearby bay.

The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed that can accommodate four people (top bunk: full-size bed, bottom bunk: two twin beds). Each bedroom has an adjacent full bathroom and walk-in closet space.

Additional amenities include a two-car driveway, a full-size laundry room, luxe hotel linens, and complimentary WIFI.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
