This villa is characterized by complete privacy and tranquility, with a wonderful view of the river, garden and green spaces. The villa has all amenities with a private pool. It consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with modern furnِiture and three bathrooms with hot water. Each room has air conditioning, a wardrobe and bed linen. The villa has a safe to store valuables, as well as a spacious lounge area, sofa, 55-inch flat screen with satellite channels and a Bluetooth speaker. There is also a separate kitchen with all cooking utensils and barbecue tools. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa as well as parking. The price includes: evening caretaker, bathroom cleaning supplies, cooking gas, purified drinking water and housekeeping service. There is a front terrace and (back yard) where you can enjoy a barbecue with family or friends in the villa's garden or on the riverbank.
