Great UTV stay!

We stayed a couple of nights here with another couple. The location was central to many trails and we enjoyed the privacy we had as well. The best part was the communication with the owner, super responsive and great to deal with. We will definitely stay again! Nice setup if you are alone or traveling in a group. We had a nice bonfire in the evenings and it was everything we needed.

Great quite place to enjoy yourself while riding the local trails. Cleans rooms, bathroom for each bedroom, great appliances, modernized, king beds were an upgrade compared to other rentals viewed. Steep hill entering facility and requires 4x4 vehicle if trailering. Will stay again in the future. RECOMMENDATIONS:ATV washdowns areas are a necessity for all landlords catering to ATV riders. Trail map in each unit as it was not obvious to newcomers how to access the trails from the property.
