This was our second year staying, and just like last year it was very clean, and cozy! Felt like home!! The hot tub is very nice and clean. The hosts are wonderful people and very easy to get along with!

We love this place!! 2nd time we’ve stayed there and it was excellent both times! Very clean, modern and well stocked kitchen. Nice and clean furniture and the beds were very comfy! Host was great and responded back with answers quickly! The location to the Sunset Marina could NOT be more convenient! We rented a boat slip there and the house is literally 2 minutes from where u leave your boat. It’s a great setup!

Fantastic

We were as happy and as satisfied as we could be with this property! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking, the house was 100% clean and the hosts were great!! On a very cozy street n nice neighborhood just minutes 2 to 5 minutes from Dale Hollow lake!!

Amazing Environment & Convenience

Lovely location, few min to the largest Sunset marina at Dale Hollow, lake view from porch, relaxing in hot tub while enjoying firepit, house is clean and matches what you see on pictures! The bigger star point is both Hoster (Russ & Mandy) are amazing people, very friendly & will get back to you fairly quickly! Super convenience to go pick up grocery, lots of dollar store arounds you.

Great Property at Dale Hollow

Great property & hosts! There was a little mishap with our stay but Russ & Mandy went above & beyond to make it right. We appreciate all that they did to get us situated and would not hesitate to stay with them again. The next time we are in the Dale Hollow area, we will definitely look for one of their properties first. This particular location is perfect for fishing tournaments leaving out of Sunset Marina. You can literally almost see it from the rental! It may be a 3 min drive max to get there. Thank you Russ & Mandy for letting us stay at your place! We'll be back!
