Looking for a beautiful patio villa, you've found it! Our villa is located just minutes away from Sawgrass Grove. This brand new villa is in the sought-after village of Lake Denham.
You will feel right at home the minute you open the door. This property is beautifully furnished and decorated. An open floor plan with lots of bright and sunny windows, spacious kitchen with a gas range and stainless steel appliances. If you are looking for a quiet place to read we have either a cozy screened in lanai or a patio right off the living room.
This unit is fully furnished with bed linens, towels, internet, smart T.V. and everything a kitchen could need!
This villa is so close to Franklin Recreation center with pickleball courts, a pool, shuffleboard, tennis, bocce ball and more! With the purchase of a resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees.

The home was quite lovely and in a wonderful community but the stay was terrible. There was something wrong with the HVAC system and it was extremely hot in the home. The host was contacted but refused to acknowledge that there was an issue and did nothing to correct the condition. We ended up not even staying the second day that we had booked in the home. There were no ceiling fans either which could have helped to at least cool down the home a little.

NICE NEW HOUSE

US mail for some reason was a problem we had to go 6 mile each way into Leesburg to get mail in a post box.Land lord does no not let renters get mail in the villages.
