We had a quick trip to Cali to visit family and this was a great central location. The property owner was quick to respond to my concerns and was very kind and courteous on the phone. Thank you!
The house was adorable and very clean. My kids loved the games available. We’re originally from the LA area but have since moved to the country and not used to all the noise of the city so that was a little hard to get adjust to (plains, trains, and automobiles). But, if you’re used to that it’s the perfect little budget-friendly stay. Owner was great with communication.
Property was just as it looks in pictures. Very clean and in a great location close to everything. Miguel was an awesome host with good communication. We will definitely stay here again.
This was one of the cleanest and most accurately described homes we’ve stayed in in this area. We enjoyed the amount of space, large couch and kitchen, and the outdoor space in the back. Overall the home was cute. Our only complaint was that we were only given one roll of toilet paper and paper towels and we ran out of hand soap over the course of one week.
We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Centrally located and updated with all the amenities you need. Nice big backyard. Would stay here again. Thank you!
This home is in a cute and quiet neighborhood that is close to eateries and grocery stores. We were here for business and were thankful to have a lovely place to stay together instead of getting a hotel. It had everything we needed and was easy to come and go. Thank you for your hospitality.
I booked this home for a 3 week stay, b/cI was bringing my disabled child to the area for a 3 week therapy. We got to the home at 9:30 p.m. (which was 11:30 p.m. at our home) and so I put her to bed right away. Then I went to the master and when I pulled my sheets down I found dirty sheets with stains and marks all over them from top to bottom. Next, I went to the bathroom, and as I sat on the toilet, noticed hundreds of little drain flies crawling all over the drain of the shower and on the walls. I immediately texted the owner and told him that we had a problem with the sheets and shower (I had not yet found dirty bowls in the kitchen.) He said the sheets were "stained", but that he would buy more. At 5 pm the next day, he brought new sheets and drain fly killer. I appreciated the efforts, but I had lost confidence in the house, and had decided that I wanted to leave and go elsewhere. I explained the drainflies lay eggs and we would need to clean daily for at least a week-three weeks to rid the shower completely. He refused to let me cancel for a refund. (His offer was 50% of THREE weeks, when I literally asked to leave within the first hours of being there). I offered to pay for 5 nights (the night I stayed and the nights VRBO was giving me a free hotel), if he would refund the remaining 2 weeks, and he still said no. He was unreasonable and kept saying he would get the drain flies gone (great, just shouldn't be on a paying guests' stay). I left & disputed the charge.
This property was perfect for 4 of us. We had a 10 yr with us and kept him pretty busy. He loved cornhole and several games for us to play. We did walk to a neighborhood market, which was a total of five minutes to and from that was fun tons of restaurants walking distance if you choose. we were here for our after Christmas get together loved the property will be back in the summer. This might be our home away from home for the next several years as my daughter lives in the neighborhood.
Location was just what we needed with proximity to the soccer fields our daughter was playing at. We loved the Ontario Light Parade and Logan's Candy shop was a hit.
We loved the area because it was close to all the fields we had to go do work at. Very clean and has all the amenities. He was very responsive. We loved staying here.
