The Space:
On the main level is the open layout living space, featuring the family room with gas fire place, dining table and bar stools to seat six, and a fully stocked kitchen. Also on this level is a guest bedroom with Queen bed and private balcony, as well as the common guest bath.
Upstairs is the primary suite, also with gas fireplace, a King bed, and a large private bathroom with steam shower and dual vanity.
The lower level includes the third bedroom suite with Queen bed and twin bunk beds , two car garage, mud room, and laundry.
Centrally located within Bear Hollow, our home is just a 2min walk to the Pool, Spa, Workout Facilities, community picnic grills and fire pit. The Bear Hollow trail is three doors down, which makes for an easy 5min walk to the FREE Park City shuttle stop, and connects with the Park City paved trail that leads into town.
Private parking for up to four mid-sized vehicles (two in garage), with ample street parking nearby for oversized vehicles.
The family room and each bedroom features a smart TV for logging into your own streaming subscriptions.
***Our capacity is SIX GUESTS, however one Pack-N-Play and Toddler Blow Up Bed are included to accommodate up to two additional small children when requested. Please reach out to us for details.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

We are located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park off Route 224 in Summit County, Utah. We are also conveniently located a short distance from The Canyons Ski Resort, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Ski Resort, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts, and several major golf courses in the area.

Driving, Park City Transit, and Uber/Lyft.

The townhome is minutes to Kimball Junction which includes all the daily-life necessities, like grocery, dining, outlets and boutique shopping, banking and more.

We are not typically in town, however we have a network of local vendors to assist with any issues and try our best to address any concerns immediately.
