Hotel fine do not use vrbo

Hotel was fine but Vrbo uses roompicks for their billing company. Bahia resorts did not charge us for both nights because of problems with their hotel site. Roompicks has not given us a refund

Dirty

Dirty carpeting in hallways and room. Toilet seat hinge broken. Reservation person was matter of fact and in a hurry not welcoming of any questions. I felt uncomfortable asking any question because of his intimidating body language
