This is our 2nd stay. Everything was great. Location is key; we never drove. everything was in walking distance. Great stay both times.

Great locations rooms have a very humid smell

The location is great and the resort is fun. The rooms smelled like wet dog, but I’ve seen that from a couple of different places that I’ve stayed at in California. Probably could use a carpet cleaning or pull up the carpet and switch out to a hard floor. Other than that, the staff was fantastic.

Great Experience

Cottage was perfect; had a patio. Staff was friendly. The walk to Mission Beach was about 10 minutes. Everything needed was on-site. Didn't drive anywhere. Walk to the private beach is about 1 minute. Bicycles are available to rent. Would recommend. .

Everyone at the site was lovely. The communication through VRBO was lacking. I still do not really understand from whom I was renting the place.

Could be better!

Pros - beautiful outdoors, garden, beach, activities. Cons - rooms could use some updates! Also needs some pest control. There was a spider on the lamp, baby bugs in the bathroom. Also took 3 calls and 2 hours to get extra towels and toilet paper!
