Conveniently located with shopping and dinning nearby and a short drive to downtown Naples and Marco Island. The home has indirect access to the Gulf of Mexico, bring your kayaks, jet skis, boat and tie up at the dock. Great intersecting canals provide a lot scenery for the nature lover.

We were extremely happy with our stay in the Canal Home. The home was clean, furniture and bed were comfortable, kitchen had what was needed and had a private yard right on the canal. The host Juan was very nice, got back to us right away with any questions. Lots of options for shopping and restaurants nearby. Already booked for next year.

The canal home has a great location near Marco Island and plenty of amenities. It was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Great place! We would stay there again.

I just wanna reflect on what a great day our family had at the Canal house. Very quiet neighborhood beautiful views enjoyed watching the manatees and sunsets over the canal close to everything. Just a great experience. Juan was incredible and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation site

The Henderson Park property was perfect for our week-long stay. This very new, squeaky-clean house is beautifully appointed, very quiet, and has a lovely view onto Henderson Creek. Our time there couldn't have been better!

The owner stopped by to greet us after our arrival and kindly asked if there was anything else we needed. This was our third stay at the property. Again, the house was impeccably clean and nicely equipped! There is no carpeting, an important amenity for me. All appliances are in excellent condition. It's super quiet neighborhood and the property is very private. It was wonderful to sit on the deck to watch the manatees swim by in the canal. The location is very close to shopping ( Walmart, Publix CVS etc) and the Nature Conservancy and convenient to Marco Island. Just a great place to vacation!

Lovely Comfortable Clean Property in Great Location

We found this property to be spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could need. Loved the two recliner armchairs in particular. Manatees in the canal all the time too. Location was good with easy access to Everglades, Naples and Marco Island. Two Publix stores, Walmart and other stores within few minutes. Highly recommended.

Great central location: to Rookery Bay, Naples, and Marco Island Beaches

Our second stay at this wonderful, new, secluded, quiet, extremely clean, bright, spacious and comfortable home. Located on a canal with dock seating, we were amazed to watch 15 manatees swim pass the dock one afternoon. The king bed is comfortable and the soft white sheets, linens and towels would match any five star hotel. The appliances were new, and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was almost immediately responsive to our questions.

Vacation at a Secluded Canal Gem!

We enjoyed our stay at this "gem" on a canal in South Naples. This sparkling clean, new home was located on a private fenced lot with the canal on two sides in a secluded and very quiet corner of an older residential neighborhood. The home was centrally located for our trips to Rookery Bay, Marco Island, the Everglades, and Naples beaches and attractions. Everything from the new kitchen appliances to the comfortable king bed and luxurious towels was first class. We loved sitting on the upper deck watching a flock of ibises on the grass below, while a little blue heron landed on the deck post, and a manatee passed in the canal. The owner responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone who relishes privacy, quiet and cleanliness!
