Located just 2 minutes from the Marina; 10-15 minutes from "The Lake House on Canandaigua", downtown (shopping and restaurants). Over 8 guests- $50 per person, per night. No more than 10 guests max at any time. This is not a house to host parties. Hot tub is not guaranteed to be available for use.

Highly recommend this home that is in a great location with amazing view of the lake. All photos are exactly the way that the house is listed. The house was large and well appointed just like home would be. A bonus and something that we never expected was that the house is equipped with a generator that came on one time when the power went off briefly. Prior to our arrival the host sent a great list of restaurants, places to visit, grocery stores and things to do. Host was very responsive to minor issue of coffee pot not working and had another one delivered promptly. Check in was easy and just like the host explained prior to our arrival. The property was perfect for 5 active grandchildren. They played outside in the grassy areas, in the basement, and patio area by the garage. Lovely house that was large enough for everyone to spread out. We will be back next summer!

Heavenly.

Perfectly situated with an amazing view! The moment you pull up to this house, all of your stress melts away. The home is wonderfully appointed, super clean, and very comfortable. 10/10.

This was a beautiful home and great location for the 10 senior adults ranging in age from mid sixties to 89 years old. Very clean, beautiful furnishings, and fantastic view of Canandaigua Lake.We had ample towels and linens for our large group. The beds were very comfortable.The owner was very accommodating in answering any questions we had. We were able to use the hot tub and the fire pit.We were meeting with our adult children for a celebration of life for our brother-in-law and sister who both passed away recently. We had family come in from 8 different states.I would definitely recommend this home, however, perhaps not for seniors who have some health issues with stairs. Our only disappointment was the owner not allowing our adult children to come to the house for our memorial event. Many members of our family have not seen each other for years and not allowing them to come outside to this property was an inconvenience for all. We felt it was suggested that we did not know how to respect the property or keep things clean and tidy.Thank you for understanding our concerns.
