Hello my name is Suellen Martin. I am a retired Registered Nurse. I live in Hot Springs, Ar. Hot Springs has a lot of things to offer folks visiting. Thermal hot spring bath houses, beautiful lakes to enjoy fishing or boating. Great restaurants for dining. Two great hospitals.
Our place is approximately 5 miles from anything you want to do.
Being a host comes easy for me because I like meeting people and enjoy assisting with recommendations of what Hot Springs has to offer.
In my spare time, I also run a lawncare and landscaping material business . My passion is being outside working in my flower bed and vegetable gardens.

I have a spring fed creek that runs year round. I have had this property for some time. After the death of my husband I decided to develop the property.
