Enjoyed my stay here, very cute place.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was so cute and clean. The only thing we noticed was that the living room carpet was kind of dirty and worn, everything else was perfect. We especially liked the cute lanai to watch the sunrise. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at One Seagrove

The place was very cute and cozy. We loved that we could sit outside and look at the gulf. The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is the carpet in the living room was dirty and shabby looking and should be cleaned or changed, everything else was perfect!

It was great but needed a few small things to be replaced. The blinds were broken in both rooms. The fan in one of the bathrooms made a loud noise when you turned it on. Great stay otherwise!

A gem with great service

Phenomenal stay for us. Right on the water, clean with great furnishings and new appliances. I can’t stress enough how great having a front desk is, a rarity on 30a. When we checked in there was a kitchen faucet leaking on the countertop. A call to the front desk and there was a *great* maintenance guy there within 30 minutes, and it was fixed for good the following morning after he got a part. You are steps from the beach from either their dedicated private walkway or the Seagrove public access outside your window. The only thing to be aware of is that the beach is public, not private, and during peak times people will arrive at the crack of dawn to stake out chair spots. Even if you reserve a chair and umbrella, space is at a premium. We will absolutely be back.
