About this property

Our well appointed 6 bedroom, 4 bath villa is located in the Indian Creek Development just 4 miles from Disney. If you enjoy a pleasant walk, there is plenty of shopping, restaurants and a full sized grocery store about 3/4 of a mile from theVilla. There is an Outback restaurant, a TGIF, an IHOP, Subway, Taco Bell, DairyQueen, Bone Fish Grill and many more restaurants on RT. 192. Margaritaville Resort is just 4 miles by car. There are also prestigious golf courses such as Highland Reserve and Mystic Dunes Golf Club close by.

Accommodations:

Our vacation Villa is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen even a Keurig coffee machine. There are full sized appliances, even a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Towels and linens are provided.

There are 2 master bedrooms that have an en suite bathrooms which lead into the screened in pool area. There are king size beds in the master suites. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed, the 4th and 5th and 6th bedrooms have twin beds. There are 2 cots located in the master bedroom closet for use also.

Entertainment:

This magnificent Villa has a T.V. and DVD in every bedroom and a 46 inch TV in the lounge area. There is a varity of DVD movies. There is, Playstation 2 system with games, Wii Game system, books and a computer with high speed Internet and Free wireless connection.

The Villa also has a Games Room with a full size pool table, air hockey table, and foozball table .

The Villa is child friendly situated on one level so there are no stairs to worry about.
We have 2 cots, 2 high chairs for your use and a child safety fence by the built-in pool and spa.

There is also a park with a soccer net that you can walk to. It also has a children's playground. There are tennis courts, basketball courts and a putting green within the development that is available for your use.

For the comfort of other guests there is no smoking and
no pets in the villa.

Keep scrolling - Renters Beware

I have never left a review before but I would never want another family to go thru what we did. I wish I would have read the August 2023 that was left before our stay, but I had booked the house many months earlier, so I didn’t think to look again. Everything he said was 100% accurate. I woke up to having a 2 in bug crawling on me in the middle of the night. There was hair in the showers. When we arrived, one of the toilet seats were broke as well as a closet door. We didn’t think it was a big deal because there were other bathrooms and we didn’t need the closet. After we checked out from our stay, the owner accused us of breaking them as well as the shower curtain being down….which was crazy given it was perfectly fine when we left. The owner said we should have called about the broken stuff when we got there. Given that a family had just checked out the morning we arrived and given the broken items were not going to impact our stay, I didn’t see the need to bother her. Never in a million years would I think we would be accused of doing the damage. We even noticed during our stay that the pool company left the water too low in the pool and having a pool ourselves, could blow the motor up since it was making noise, so we filled it to where it should be and all was well again. If the owner is going to act like she did on the phone with me, she should have a walk thru with every renter when they arrive because this was our 1st VRBO and was a nightmare.

Great Place to stay!!

We loved our time at this beautiful home!! Angela was so easy to work with and was so helpful. The location was so convenient and close to all the Disney parks, but far enough away for us to enjoy some quite time on our off days. Having our own pool and hot tub was great for my kids (teenagers). The house is big enough that everyone in our party had their own rooms and it allowed us to get away when we needed to. We would definately stay here again!! Thanks Angela for all of your help before and during our stay!!

A fabulous vacation house!

My family loved this house! It made our vacation more amazing. The house was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub made our days so relaxing. This house was so conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and all the main attractions. The owner, Angela answered all of my questions and accommodated late minute requests quickly. I would definitely stay at this property again. Your vacation house awaits.
