New to the rental market

The house was very nice and spacious. But lack many things you would expect to have at a short term rental no condiments of any kind. Probably the worst thing was as they didn’t have umbrellas in the backyard at all so just expose sunshine in the afternoon also the front door was in operable, so we had to come through the mudroom every day which seemed hokie. Knifes that were. had a very well equipped kitchen line. It was a very small and unequipped kitchen seem like everything useful was locked away in the owners closet and left us needed to purchase everything we needed to pull off a nice trip bare bones for 56,000 a week I’d stay clear

Aloha Kevin. We apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. In connecting with our team, we do not provide food items for guest stays including condiments. Rather, we clean and sanitize the residence thoroughly between guests including refrigerator items. It is a health hazard & liability to pass food items from one guest to the next. There are no umbrellas because Hawaii's high winds can take them off into the sunset. However, we will speak with the owner about options. The main entry door is huge and affected by winds as well so we ask that guests use the entry on the right side of the residence. for safety & ease of access. We'll inventory the kitchen to assure it's well-outfitted for any meal a guest wishes to prepare.
