Great location but noisy

The unit itself is very nice. As pictured, its an indistrial style loft. However, the bathroom sink looks like its half done. Its an iron mesh counter. Also, the unit is very loud because it has an opening under one of the windows that is aopen to the outside. And it faced a busy street. Also, the unit had a small cockroach issue.
