House of Elegance comfortable 1 bed / 1 bath in New Jersey close to NYC
Traveling for business or pleasure stay at this beautiful, clean and peaceful 1 bed/1 bath apartment in New Jersey suited in a clean and quiet private home. Guest will have everything they need with a kitchen stocked with Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donut coffee and specialty teas for you to enjoy while you sit in front of the electric fireplace watching your favorite shows. This apartment is located in a private home with other residents so please be mindful of that. There is 1 off street parking space in the back which is well lite. It’s close to NYC, downtown Newark (NJPAC & Prudential Center) and a host of restaurants. Newark Airport is only 15/20 mins away. There are also several hospitals in the area. There is NO SMOKING, NO PETS or PARTIES allowed. Should there be evidence of any of this an additional $50 fee will be charged. There is a 3 person max if more than that stay the night an additional $50 will be charged. There’s public transportation close by (trains/bus) to get to NYC.
