Spacious, well appointed kitchen etc. Very central to all, restaurants, shopping sight seeing. Excellent viewing of dock and shipping from inside and outside of the condo.
Had a wonderful time exploring Ucluelet and Tofino from this great location. Great view of the harbour, having dinner and watching the comings and goings of boasts and fisherpersons. The hosts were attentive reaching to see if our needs were met even though everything we could need was available.
Super nice place to stay with a huge ensuite of the main bedroom.
Great view of the harbour; and in the centre of the area so cloose by shops and restaurants.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, watching the sea lions, the activity at the dock and the harbour!
Appreciated the jacuzzi tub after our walk along the beach and forest trails!

Colin was more than accommodating with our obscene requests.

We were happy to host you and thrilled you enjoyed yourselves. You're welcome back anytime :)
Cloudy days were enjoyable with the large windows viewing the bay, incoming float planes, kayaks and seals. Proximity to shops and walking trails was excellent. One comment - the condo is more suitable to a family of 4 or young couple. The mastersuite is comfortable, but the second bedroom is small and on one end of the condo with the bathroom on the complete opposite end. Inconvenient for seniors who are up to bathrooms at night
This property was a fantastic find! Perfect place to bring guests from outside Canada! Centrally located and within easy walking distance to most things we wanted to see and do around Ucluelet. One of the standout features was the incredible view from the wrap around windows; it really added something special to our stay and made it feel like a true getaway. The host was great with communication—clear, timely, and very organized. All instructions were easy to follow, which made check-in and check-out completely stress-free.The only minor downside was some noise from the upstairs neighbours, but that’s obviously out of anyone’s control and didn’t take away from the overall experience.Beautiful place, great location, and a host who clearly cares about the guest experience. Would absolutely stay here again!
We stayed in Uclulet in july. We found the location of the condo quite convenient to the dock stores and restaurants. We walked most places in town or for hikes. There was some noise in the early morning or late night from stuff going on at the dock or park across the way. In general spacious and wekk appointed condo. Beds were a bit soft for my preference. way.
Beautifully located and clean with a breathtaking view stayed here with my parents and kids for 4 nights and we had a great time in uclulet. Had everything you needed for a short stay, comfy beds and beach towels provided. Great communication with Colin the owner. For those who are self catering the kitchen storage is tight but lots of storage elsewhere and lots of restaurants and take out places too. Don't miss the lighthouse trail and sunset at the beaches. We also loved watching the herons and eagles and we were lucky when we went kayaking and saw a bear as we paddled! Thanks for a great holiday Colin.
We had a wonderful three days in this modern and cozy property with a west coast vibe. It had comfortable beds, gorgeous views over the water, and a moderately well equipped kitchen. The best thing was that this place is ideally located in the heart of the town of Ulculet which made it SO easy to pop out for locally made coffee and croissants for breakfast, go shopping or enjoy the local aquarium just around the corner. We had some delightful fresh and tasty meals at restaurants just a short walk away. There is much to do around the town of Uclulet itself, and from there we enjoyed a five minute drive to the wild west coast trail/lighthouse walk or, within 40 minutes or less we were enjoying surfing beaches or brew pubs in Tofino. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Hope to come again some day.
This is a nice condo, close to many amenities. There is a lovely and interesting ever changing view. The host is excellent. The only issue, which didn't affect us, was the second bedroom. The blinds are partly broken and damp stained. The windows cannot be opened. We did not use that bedroom so it was fine. As mentioned in other reviews, the kitchen is small. But it has everything you need and we just kept our non perishable food in the hallway.

Thanks for staying with us! We're happy to hear you enjoyed yourselves and our place. The building's in the process of having the windows fixed in the second bedroom so they'll be operational again soon :) Appreciate the feedback and have been thinking about putting in a nice floating shelf in the kitchen for added space, as we spend long stretches of time there ourselves and could use the space for our non-perishables. You're welcome back anytime. Best
We enjoyed our time spent in this comfortable unit; my grandson and daughter especially enjoyed the hammock. Location is lovely, just as the photos depicted; it overlooks the water and we were able to watch the fishing boats leave and arrive with their catch of the day. The sea lions were a bonus; not sure if they are around all year but probably in abundance because of the upcoming herring run. My only suggestion is to not call the jacuzzi tub a hot tub. We all thought that label was a bit misleading as we were expecting an outdoor hot tub. However, the jacuzzi tub was really enjoyed by my daughter, son-in-law and especially 5-year-old grandson. Because the tub is in the ensuite bathroom and that was their area, I gave my family their privacy and did not use it. Maybe next time; we would definitely like to come back again in the future.
