THE CABIN:
This cabin has two separate living spaces connected by a covered deck. It's like two cabins in one! The luxurious main house has an open great room that contains a living room with a gallery of windows and a stone fireplace, a large kitchen, and a dining room. The main house sleeps up to 15 with 4 beautiful suites & a loft bunkroom that sleeps 7. Only a few steps away is our detached game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, poker, private bath, and sleeping loft that sleeps an additional 4-6 guests.

Stepping inside "The Ambiance", you'll be warmly welcomed by the inviting living room that serves as the heart of this charming cabin. This space is truly the inspiration behind its name! With a stunning gallery wall of windows that allows the natural beauty of the pine forest to flood in, a majestic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, comfortable leather sofas, and the soft glow of an elegant antler chandelier, you'll instantly immerse yourself in the captivating ambiance of our retreat.
Connected seamlessly to the living room, you'll find a spacious dining area featuring two generously sized dining tables and a fully equipped kitchen.
Step out onto the wrap-around deck with scenic views of the pines, where you'll discover an outdoor gas fireplace surrounded by comfortable lounge seating, a gas grill complete with complimentary propane, an inviting spot for open-air dining, and a rejuvenating hot tub for your relaxation.
Just a few paces from the main house, guests will come across a separate game room that currently features darts, a poker table, and a smart tv. Above this, there's a cozy sleeping loft that sleeps 6 with one Queen bed & 2 twin daybeds with trundles: perfect for your teens to have their own space!
Beyond the rear deck lies an expansive lawn, complete with a firepit and Adirondack chairs. There's ample room for activities like tossing a ball or enjoying a game of cornhole.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The Ambiance features 3 King Suites, a Queen Suite, a loft bunk room that sleeps 7, and a game room loft that sleeps 6, comfortably accommodating up to 21 guests (up to 16 adults + 5 children).
On the first floor, you'll find our Primary King Suite with its spacious ensuite bathroom, complete with a freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower. Additionally, there's a cozy Queen suite on this level, boasting its own dedicated bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.
Upstairs, a charming loft bunkroom awaits, furnished with a Queen bed and two twin lower bunks, each with its own twin upper bunk. (Upper bunks are suitable for children). This unique space is flanked by two more King suites, each featuring ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers for added comfort and privacy.
For those seeking a bit of independence, our detached game room offers a loft bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and two twin daybeds beds with trundles, providing a cozy and separate retreat within the property.
KITCHEN:
The spacious kitchen offers abundant room for you to prepare all your vacation meals with ease! For the grill master, we offer a gas grill with propane included.

Our detached game house is equipped with a brand-new pool table, a 9-foot shuffleboard, and a poker table complete with a deluxe poker set. However, the fun doesn't stop at the game room! No Smoking or Vaping of any kind is allowed inside the cabin.
We are in the forest with an abundance of very flammable pine needles. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarettes appropriately.
No Fireworks are Permitted.
No Parties or events.
The minimum age to rent this property is 25 and the person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.
PET POLICY: This is a “dogs considered” property, contingent upon agreeing to the following policies:
a. A pet fee of $150 per stay applies (if your booking platform does not add this fee, you will be billed separately.
b. Up to 2 dogs allowed of any size. No other types of pets are allowed.
c. Dogs must be house (“potty”) trained
d. Dogs may not be left in the cabin alone at any time unless kenneled. (This is when our furry friends get nervous and tend to cause damage.). Guests must bring their own kennel.
e. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding. If your pet is allowed on the furniture or bedding at home, please bring a protective blanket or sheet to put under your pet(s) to protect the bedding and upholstery & help us keep the cabin allergy-safe and stain-free for future guests.
f. Please walk your dog to relieve themselves and bag up waste, disposing of them in the outdoor trash bin.
g. The pet fee does not cover damages. The guest is responsible for repair or replacement of any damages incurred by their pets.
