The host was very responsive and got us in early when we didn’t account for the time change. The property was as described & they followed up a couple days after check in to make sure we were good to go. We had a party of 16 and everyone was comfortable. The laundry room with the extra fridge & the FANS in the top floor bedrooms were AMAZING. This was our first trip to broken bow & we would recommend this property & these hosts to anyone looking to stay here. Thanks for being great hosts for our 5th annual family vacation!

House was fantastic. Layout is one of the best I have ever seen if you have kids. Been to broken bow a lot and this by far was the best. Property manager was fantastic with instructions, communication and follow up. Highly recommend!!

We used this house for a leadership planning trip. It comfortably housed 14 adult men. It was never crowded. Lots of room and great outdoor spaces.

Excellent experience!

We traveled to Hochatown with a group of four families and had a wonderful stay at this home!! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook meals. We all slept comfortably and the kids enjoyed the variety of activities the home offers. Megan was a very responsive host and we had an easy time checking in and out. I highly recommend this property!!!

This is a beautiful home with so much to offer. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all dishes and appliances we needed. All 24 of us fit very comfortably with so much to do for all ages. The littles especially loved the play set. Teens loved the hot tub. Adults loved the comfortable sitting area, the large tables for everyone to gather around and all the TV’s. Seriously, they’re everywhere! The host was quick to respond and even checked in on us mid trip. All in all, 5 stars over and over again!

I never wanted to leave this cabin

Paved road to cabin. Spacious Cabin… lots of indoor and outdoor space. Loved the layout of the home which was 3 stories. Super clean and comfy. The beds and bedding were amazing! Stocked amenities were abundant … soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. The owners were easy to communicate with.

Great venue for a mini family reunion

Our group of 20 family members enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was clean, cozy, and spacious. Everyone was really impressed! There was ample space for us to enjoy dinner together inside and outside and other chill spaces to hang around such as the game room, the bunk room and hot tub area. We really liked that the kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, cups, utensils and other tools. I don’t think there was anything in the kitchen that we needed that was not provided. Made it easy for us to prepare and enjoy meals. Great location close to the main road.

Fully loaded kitchen

Location was wonderful...kitchen fully stocked on dishes and appliances. The few suggestions i have are as follows a welcome note with instruction on the fans...and where is the systemnfor speakers they were build in outside and inside. The family had a wonderful time together for my 65th weekend celebration. Warning there was a foul smell in the area that came and went depending on which way air was blowing

Amazing Experience- you must stay here!

The cabin was impeccable. There were 20 of us, more than enough linen towels. The kitchen was stocked with great quality utensils and pots and pans. The temperature was perfect even though there were 20 of us. Everything was clean and it was evident that Meagan cares about ensuring her guest are comfortable. I highly recommend this cabin. The on-site entertainment options are wonderful. All you need to do is show up. My family is still in awe. Hats off to our host.

Great Place!!

This was the perfect house for our group of 17 ranging from age 3-65! There was plenty of space for all of us and an abundance of things to do right there in the home. Megan is an amazing host — she has thought of everything and is SUPER quick to respond when you have a question. Check in and check out could not have gone any smoother!! The extra fridge and two coffee makers were great!! There were 17 of us but would have easily held the 24 that it is listed as being able to accommodate. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area! Thank you Megan for all your help!!

Family Trip 2

This luxurious cabin was the correct fit for my family. The picture does do this property justice in person will blow your mind away. My family feel in love with all the amenities especially the game loft. The jacuzzi was to die for. The kitchen was big enough for more than one cook. Me myself loved the gas stove. Nobody complained about their rooms or space. The children loved the playground. The men felt like having a campfire while us women and children chilled inside and out. I would recommend this property to all that needing a getaway for family or just friends to escape. This will be a weekend to remember.

Snowstorm 2025 - Money Grab, Not Guest Safety

This weekend was for a birthday celebration that had a snowstorm intrude us and prevent a full enjoyment of the weekend. With the unpredictable weather we watched the forecast but being from the south was unsure on how bad it would impact the weekend. With the grace of mother nature and the owner we were able to get into the location earlier than the original check in time which was the only reason we were able to make it. Once we settled in, we did find that a previous review about electrical issues was still not corrected so if you're looking for a weekend to not find electrical outlets that work this is not the place. The issue arose that we received 15" - 24" of snow which was measure by walking thru it so take it what that was, talking with the others in the neighborhood property managers the owners canceled the reservations due to uncertainty on access to the property and safety of guest. Okay I can deal with that especially since the snow seen was not normal for the area, but then when we were trying to leave. With us guest that shoveled a 150' driveway to the top of the hill to access the road so we could climb out of the driveway!!! We were asked if we can update us when we depart because the cleaners need to get in, mind you we have talked to the cleaners and property manager as they almost wrecked trying to access the property due to the icy conditions. Guess the rant ends due to 1500 Characters, only want your money not your comfort or safety.

Incredible peaceful getaway

Very impressed with the overall condition of the property. Location was great, short 5 minute drive to the main highway. Kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy for our group of 20. Love the downstairs bunk area, great for the kids to have their own little space and be able to spread out without annoying the adults. Tons of games, two outdoor decks to spread out on. Never ran out of hot water even with 20 people showering.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We had a great time at this property. It is a beautiful home in beautiful surroundings. No complaints at all about the home. We had 19 family members ranging in ages from 12-69 and there were places and spaces for all of us. We had a couple glitches with the internet, but it was fixed and all was well. You won't be sorry renting this home!
