This mountain-contemporary, ski/in-ski-out, top floor residence offers a great room with a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa and desk/work space; an epicurean kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf stainless steel appliances (including a gas range), a dining table for six, and eat-in island for three. Additional features include: two guest suites, each with a king size bed, flatscreen TV and attached, spa-inspired bathroom (primary has a soaking tub), a third bedroom with a king size bed, a bonus room/den, washer/dryer closet, and underground parking. One Village Place guests enjoy VIP/private access to the main gondola (winter).

Guests will savor birds-eye ski, mountain, gondola and Village views from the furnished terrace – the ultimate après ski spot - as well as the convenience of staying steps from Northstar California ski resort, dining, shopping, skating, movies and more.
