Our winter Home in Sun City,Palm Desert is available to "qualifying" applicants generally from MAY 1st to October 31 annually. For stays between 30 and 90 days ,Utilities are included depending on calendar months. For stays longer than 90 days a rental/lease contract is required. Utilities are not included and an estimated surcharge applied for Air Conditioning and power over summer months. ID cconsits of PASSPORT photo and Drivers License photo.
