Modern Poconos Central Cozy 5BR Home - Game Room

Cozy contemporary home located inside a private gated community (A Pocono Country Place) consisting of 5 private bedrooms 2 full baths. Community offers access to 4 swimming pools, playgrounds, paddle boats mini golf basketball & tennis courts. Located in the heart of the Poconos there are additional opportunities for entertainment within a close proximity that includes water parks, skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping and fine dining NASCAR & casinos

All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioners are installed in every bedroom.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and access to all 4 pools. (Guest passes are not required for all other amenities).

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.

***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes.

**Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM. Pools will be open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck w/ gas grill, fire pit, outdoor dining table.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.

PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited but must get free parking pass at Community Entrance)

This property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras at the front and back of the house for security purposes. No indoor areas are monitored.

It’s nice place for family to stay

We have fun there. But it’s rain too much , we have no chance to stay outside. But inside house is clean and more thing to do inside the house. Everyone enjoy very much.

Holiday Getaway

We had a large family get together with family coming in from across the country. We arrived to a clean and well stocked home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare wonderful meals. We really appreciated that linens were included in all the bedrooms and bathrooms with towels and toiletries. We were comfortable and able to socialize and have plenty of spaces for everyone to have a good time. We slept comfortably and were able to accommodate all ages, even the baby who had a high chair provided onsite and plenty of space for a crib or pack and play. The games were a hit! Alex was such a thoughtful and responsive host we hope to get back here again soon.
