About this property

Studio apartment located in the centre of the village just a few steps from the main market square, shops, restaurants and village life. A quiet studio backing onto a private terrace and no through road it is a perfect haven to be in the centre of things and have prefect peace. Air conditioned, equipped kitchen, bathroom and towels and linens provided.

Cotignac village is a pretty, traditonal and beautiful French village surrounded by vineyards, rolling landscape with picturesque hikes & walks.

The space
Jasmin studio is a large studio with high ceilings, air conditioning and private bathroom. Located on the second floor of the house it looks out over the terrace below, a quiet street with no through road and the picturesques red tiled rooftops and stone house typical of the village.

Guests have full and private use of the studio but they may also have access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Studio bien situé

Le studio n'est pas facile à trouver (un plan aurait été bienvenu) et nous n'avons eu les codes seulement 10 mn avant notre arrivée (j'ai dû appeler plusieurs fois). Il serait bon de préciser que le studio est au 2ème étage dans une ancienne maison (mal insonorisée). Pas de rideau à la petite fenêtre (le jour se lève à 6 h) et l'espace toilette est exigu, une douche, un lave-mains et un WC (une armoire de toilette aurait été top pour mettre nos produits) dont la poubelle n'avait pas été vidée.Magnifique petit village et la cascade de Sillans impressionnante.Villages alentour à voir aussi (Carcès et son lac, Barjols, Salernes, etc...)
