A short staircase leads directly to the double living room divided into a dining room and a sitting area with a large traditional fireplace. The living room leads to the kitchen and the 7 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin with en-suite bathroom with shower and, finally, three twin bedrooms (with joinable beds) , two of which with private bathroom with shower.

The pool measures 4.80 x 10.80 meters and has a depth of 1.40 meters. It is located in the surrounding park and is about 30 meters away from the house. The pool area is also equipped with a cold water shower and an access tub equipped with foot washing. The solarium area surrounding the pool, paved in terracotta, is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and deck chairs and is bordered by a screen of hedges that allow you to bathe in total privacy without preventing the panoramic view of the countryside and the nearby town of Trequanda.

The Villa is about 200 meters from a farm belonging to the same owners where it is possible to taste extra virgin olive oil, Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti Superiore and Doc Orcia. The complex also offers an excellent restaurant, a wellness area with wine-therapy, a cooking school, 4 paths for trekking and mountain bikes and a tennis court.

For art lovers there are many opportunities within a few kilometers: Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia, Montepulciano, Cortona and spas such as Bagno Vignoni and Rapolano. At 2 km the village of Trequanda with shops for daily shopping.
