Forest Lake Cabin is a three bedroom, three bath cabin that sleeps up to eight guests. This spacious cabin has plenty of room where you can travel together, yet not feel right on top of one another.. The large covered porches allow for a peaceful spot to take your morning coffee while listening to the leaves rustle on the trees. If you're looking to unwind after a long day of adventuring, take a dip in the hot tub, or relax around the firepit. Indoors, the living room is large with vaulted ceilings, rocked gas log fireplace, flatscreen with satellite service, and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to make a meal right at the cabin. There is a bedroom on the main floor, which features a queen sized bed, tv, and storage space. The bath on the main floor has a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find additional living space with a game room space in the open loft. For guest enjoyment, there is an air hockey table, foosball table, TV, workspace, additional seating, and for convenience a bath with tub/shower combo. Downstairs you'll find the additional sleep quarters with two bedrooms. One is equipped with a queen sized bed with TV, the other has a queen bed, bunk bed, and tv. There is also a bath on this level with walk in shower and washer/dryer.
Forest Lake is conveniently located just off of Almond Boat Dock Road, which is about 10 minutes west of Bryson City. It's the perfect spot if you'd like to go kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, swimming, or mountain biking, as Fontana Lake access and Tsali Biking Trails are just around the corner. It is also located closely to the Nanatahala River Gorge where you can find whitewater kayaking, ziplining, and horseback riding. Downtown Bryson City is just a 10 minute drive, where you will find the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, Deep Creek access to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and many local shops, restaurants, and breweries.
