NEWLY REMODELED (New floors and new shower in bathroom.)
Four Winds Condominium is one of the nicer complex in the area. This 36 unit condominium complex is low density and offers many of the same features found in much larger complexes.

Unit 702 is located on the 7th floor. This beautiful, one bedroom, one bath condo has been recently renovated and is perfect for a couple or small family and will sleep 3 adults and 2 small children comfortably.

The Master bedroom offers a King bed with a flat screen TV and private full bathroom. This unit also offers two built in bunk beds with new mattresses that are located in the hallway.

The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, with 65 inch flat screen TV and a private Gulf front balcony that offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you like the relaxing sound of waves hitting the sugar white sand from your own private balcony, this is the place to kick back.

The unit is also equipped with a fully equiped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer combo. We have recently added a Keurig Coffee Maker.

Don't forget to bring your laptop because this unit offers FREE wifi..

In addition to the large outdoor pool this complex also features a hot tub and a wading pool for children.

Four Winds is located directly across the street from Wolf Bay and The Ruby Slipper restaurants.

Condo was clean and had all amenities described. Bed sleep comfortably. Sheets and blanket were very soft and cozy. My only complaint was the couch was hard and uncomfortable to sit on for very long. Otherwise a great condo. Loved the balcony with the beautiful view of the beach. The elevator was fast, hardly had to wait for it. Plenty of good restaurants close by. We plan to schedule another trip soon.

Absolutely LOVED IT!!!!!!!!

Gorgeous place, great location, easy beach access, nice pool area. Family friendly place. It was quiet for being a holiday weekend and it was just a great vacation for me and my family. Hopefully will be able to visit again soon and hopefully get to stay in the same place!!!!

This condo is perfect for a couple or small family. Beautiful views, easy access to the beach, and very clean and secure. Property has small pool and old grills, but essentials are covered. Owners were very easy to communicate with.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our vacation in orange beach. The location was awesome! We were right next to many restaurants. Room and view were great. The elevator unfortunately was out of order our last day but other than that everything went as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommended this condo for anyone wanting a nice quiet family vacation.

Great Gulf property

We stayed one month in a property that suited our needs to a “T”. Excellent beach and gulf view. Condo has new appliances, is decorated tastefully and has a recently renovated bathroom. I would recommend this property to any couple especially if you are looking for a small, easy access condo with a great view.

My husband and I loved our after Christmas get away at Four Winds! The owners were very accomodating and were available to answer all our questions. We were very comfortable with all the amenities in the condo, and especially loved the balcony with the breathtaking view of the gulf!! The hot tub was appreciated when the temperature got a little chilly. This beach is hard to beat for its beauty. We will be back!!

Heaven on Earth!!

This was our first experience with VRBO and also to head to Orange Beach for Spring Break. We were NOT disappointed - everything was wonderful. We had a great time, the condo was everything it said and more, we could not have asked for a better location. We packed lots of little things that we didn't even need as the owners provided everything. Highly recommend this place to anybody - it was perfect for myself, my husband and daughter to hang out, enjoy and have a very relaxing vacation. We loved it so much we will be coming back for another stay this summer.

Enjoyed our stay and just a suggestion. My husband is semi handicapped and there was not a good place for him to sit other than the table. Everything was very low Or very high. Since it’s a one bedroom unit I can see more people like us staying possibly with same issue.

Winter Getaway

Four Winds is a smaller condo building so ease of getting in and out is best we’ve had. Everything was in great shape. We just came in and started our vacation. Kitchen was well equipped. We ate two meals in each day and went out once a day. Even tho air temperature was in 60s, it was very pleasant sitting outside on balcony. It felt good to be in the sun. We read, played games, watched TV and caught up on sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Bonus was catching beads at Mardi Gras parade right in front of building. Would definitely consider a return visit.

Great Condo! The included chairs and umbrella are a nice add-on. The Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty causing the TV to freeze and buffer, but not a deal breaker by any means. Excellent communication with the owners as well. I would rent this condo again.

Our enjoyable week in Orange Beach

We loved the condo. It was clean and easy to park. The condo was a good size for us ...so we were not crowded. Everything worked,.The sink in the bathroom doesn't drain well and when we checked in... the code was wrong.... after a few tries I figured that it wasnt what we were given in the email...it was my phone number.. not a big deal. We enjoyed coming here.

Great Central Location

Central location for both OB and GS. Smaller property so less waiting for elevator! Beach chairs included in nightly rate! Short walk from pool to beach. Great trip!

We now live in Foley Alabama. We love this 1 Bedroom Condo and have owned it for 13 years. This not only has the best location but also had been decorated beautifully to project the Beach theme. We have updated all the appliances, and remodeled the bathroom and floors. We offer a lot of extras and since we now do our own marketing, can offer even better prices for our tenants. You will certainly feel special staying in our condo.

It's view and location. Small building and less than a mile to grocery and restaurants. Its family friendly and the beach is so beautiful and clean.

Beach Chairs and umbrella on beach provided. SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CARRY THEM TO BEACH

What makes this property unique

Updated and remodeled. New AC system installed summer of 2019. New cabinets installed 2017. All stainless appliances including combo washer/dryer. Beach Chairs and Umbrella on Beach through SunCoast Services. Just see attendant and tell them you are staying in Four Winds 702. . There are no chairs allowed in condo. Also offer Keurig coffee maker.
