The Boathouse is a gorgeous, updated home located on a beautiful swimming and boating canal that offers the laid-back keys lifestyle. The home, located on the Atlantic side of Ramrod Key features four bedrooms, two baths, one outside enclosed shower, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. There is a large built-in bar with a tap. The master bedroom opens onto a deck. For sleeping there is one king bed, two queen bed, and two twins. The upstairs bedroom has a deck for a spectacular water view. Amenities include central A/C, washer/dryer, and gas grill. There is a large deck at the back of the house. The backyard consists of a patio, concrete dock, and firepit, This home is located 20 miles from Key West with its world-class dining, shopping, groceries, and amenities, plus unique nightlife and history. This is a designated non-smoking home. Pet-friendly home. THIS HOME IS A 28-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PER MONROE COUNTY CODE.
