What a cute studio apartment! Had everything we needed. Loved that it was near the beach and downtown close to everything. Also very clean. Wish we could’ve stayed longer
There were good things and not so good things about this unit. Pluses: the bed was amazing - probably more comfortable than my own bed at home. The decorating and provisions were attractive and adequate. The location was central, convenient, safe, and quiet. Minuses: the shower was minuscule-anyone who weighed over 250#s would not fit in it. The stairs were narrow and steep. The rental amount seemed high for the age and size of the unit.
There was nothing good about this rental. The area that it was located was sketchy the door that was supposed to lock from the street didn’t lock the stairs to the apartment were narrow and not safe. The building itself was rundown, and the walls were moldy The rental space itself appeared clean, but the room smelled bad. I was speaking to the property manager upon our entry told her that we could not stay there because it wasn’t safe to Vrbo for a refund which was a nightmare in itself. This listing should be removed.
