Upstairs private duplex unit overlooking the bay! Property has a shared pier for fishing, wildlife viewing, and taking in the sunsets. Amazing views from the covered porch. Peaceful location on Ft. Morgan away from the crowds. Unit features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Inside, guests will find everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and basic cookware. Closest public beach access point is approximately 2 miles away.
This property is located approximately 12 miles west of Hwy 59 on AL HWY 180 in Gulf Shores, Alabama

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, 2 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor covered porch, charcoal grill, fishing/sunset pier (shared with the other unit guests).
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter roll of toilet paper/paper towels, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.
