Looking for a last-minute beach get-away even during the summer season? Our home “Shearin” is perfect for an individual, couple, or small family with young children!

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place. Conveniently located less than a block from Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the newly constructed public bath house that leads to the nearby beach access. Enjoy ocean views and hours of people watching from the covered deck that overlooks the heart of Wrightsville Beach and all the action. Visit the nearby Shark Bar for a wonderful meal or take in the nightlife at the Palm Room – there are many attractions within walking distance of this condo!

“Shearin” nicely appointed and updated condo that offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and provides direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has nice updates, a queen size sleeper sofa, access to the deck, and bunk set in the nook off the entry.

Load up your boogie boards, beach chairs, and family and head to Wrightsville Beach for a memorable family vacation! “Shearin” is available for a two-night minimum year-round. Please call for daily and monthly rates.

Stay Requirements: Any turn day with a minimum of 2 night stay.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin), 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 1 vehicle.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Featured Amenities: Keyless Entry, Ocean View, Central Location, Flexible Stay Restrictions.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Great stay, close to the beach, easy access! We didn’t bring our kid but could have with the bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again. Only bizarre thing was the closet had no hangers in it, note to the owner.

Very clean and well kept, quick easy check in and check out process. Short, easy walk to the beach, awesome view from balcony. We enjoyed every second! I highly recommend this place.

Pier to Pier

We stayed the weekend for the Pier to Pier swim. The location can't be beaten. Be ready for some late night activity though. Overall - great, clean place.

Clean and Modern Condo Near Beach

The condo was newly remodeled and had an updated kitchen and bathroom. There was a nice living room, kitchen, balcony and bedroom. The balcony had a table and chairs, alone with an ocean view. On site parking was included. Restaurants, beach, and shopping were all within walking distance.

Would have given 5 but property has no elevator. Even 1st floor has to carry luggage up stairs. If you have a unit that is anything but A1,B1,C1 expect to climb floors and unsheltered parking.

Short skip to the beach

The location is fantastic. Spend the day at the beach and if there's anything you need or forgot, it's a quick walk to the condo. The second floor walkway is a zigzag around other units and bit annoying at first, but you get used to it and it starts to be a source of jokes. It's not a big deal. Perfect beachy homebase away from home.

I booked this place for our wedding photographer who was from up North. His family loved the location and only had good things to say about the property. The only hiccup was the town did some utility line work on Thursday while they were down there, so the water was off for a few hours. Nothing that the Property could do about it just an unfortunate circumstance.

The key was left in an easy to access lock box at the real estate office.The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Parking for one vehicle was available. It was an easy, one block to the Johnnie Mercer's Pier and the beach as advertised. Great location in the town. Overall, we were really happy with this rental and would rent here again if we went back to Wrightsville Beach.
