Enjoy your next Wrightsville Beach vacation at the “Fisher Cottage”. With meticulously maintained grounds, this traditional 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single family home is convenient and charming. A covered wraparound porch offers views of the Intracoastal Waterway and soft breezes; this home has a lot to offer both inside and out! The porch is lined with rockers for you and your family to sit and relax or there is a wonderful sitting area under the house that is furnished with outdoor sofa seating. Location is everything and being one house back from sound, a short walk to the ocean, and a few blocks from downtown Wrightsville Beach makes this cottage the ideal choice for your upcoming family vacation.
The convenient one-level floor plan is perfect for small families. As you enter the home you will be greeted by the open main living area. A cozy sofa and armchairs make a comfortable space for families to reconnect or watch TV. There is a dining table just outside of the large kitchen with its bright and airy décor. Nicely renovated, the kitchen offers upgraded counter tops while preserving the original charm of the home. A sunroom along the back of the house is a quiet haven after a day at the beach or a great place for a family game night.
The first guest bedroom is located just off the main living room and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. This guest room has direct access to the full bathroom that is shared with the neighboring and queen guest room. There is a walk-in shower with beautiful subway tile to help wash away the day. The second Queen guest room adjoins to another full bathroom which has shared access with the twin guest room.
Outside there is a convenient outdoor area under the house with a dining table and grill - a great spot to cook that cheeseburger in paradise! This home perfectly blends indoor outdoor living so that you can experience the best of both worlds. There is plenty of storage space under the house for beach gear and bikes. If you are looking for a convenient location that offers tons of outdoor space, then look no further!

Prohibited: Pets, Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
