From our upstairs getaway, you will have an easy walking distance to fine dining, a bakery, vintage and antique treasures and a vibrant live music scene, you can find plenty to do! Or enjoy our quiet little town from your roomy upstairs sitting area, kitchenette and bedrooms with good-sized private bathrooms. You may choose to walk to our millpond down a country lane!

Beautifully restored home in Waverly! Our hosts welcomed us into their home like we were family, and they prepared a delicious breakfast. We definitely plan to book at this charming bed and breakfast again.

Wonderful experience

We stayed in two upstairs rooms at the beautiful Waverly Bed and Breakfast after an Auburn game. Everything was perfect! It was an incredibly convenient location, and the owners could not have been more gracious. The breakfast was delicious too! We look forward to being able to stay longer in the future!
