Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Think we were the first renters and so happy it’s back open. So not complaining at all, but think there are just a few punch list items to take care of (essentially 95% done which, given Ian is incredible!) - missing section of table on porch, holes to fill in walls, hairdryer in 2nd bath not quite attached properly, but overall, it was terrific.

Beautiful Property on Sanibel

The resort is beautiful and conveniently located on Sanibel Island. The grounds are covered in beautiful lush vegetation. We enjoyed our stay and this was great experience. We highly recommend Sanibel Moorings!

Great Stay on Sanibel

Wonderful time staying at Sanibel Moorings. Stayed in building 11 which was a perfect location for a brief walk right to the beach! Beautiful grounds, very attentive staff and accommodations were everything we needed for a perfect 5 day trip to Sanibel. Highly recommend!

Great location on the beach

The location of this property was great and an easy walk to the gorgeous beach. The parking lot to the condo was not an east walk. If you have any older adults, this is not the condo for you. It is also up very difficult steps. I wish this would have been listed and made clear. You also cannot pull up to the condo to drop someone off up close. We had a baby and grandma with us, and had to carry the baby really far and had to help grandma a ton! The condo itself was really beautiful and had nice furnishings. There was a horrible ant problem when we got there and when I texted and told Toni, I was told someone would be by that day to address it. We were there five days and no one came to look or correct it. We lost some fruit to the ants on night one. I would recommend this place if you do not mind the stairs and long walk from the parking lot to the condo. It was beautiful inside and very centrally located on the island. The pool on the property was pretty dirty and unkept. The water was hotter than the ocean. It was not enjoyable at all in the sweltering heat.

Perfect Getaway!

First time staying at the Moorings and will definitely return. The rental and checkin/checkout processes were easy and smooth. Unit was immaculate and well appointed. Bottom line: this was an outstanding experience.
