Enjoy being within walking distance of the beach without beachfront prices. Unit 204 is a second-floor unit located in a gated community with many amenities. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops perfect for whipping up meals for the whole family. The living room sits right off the dining area and has a full-sized futon sleeper for extra sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom contains a large comfortable king-sized bed and TV. The master bathroom features a double sink vanity and walkin-shower. The guest bedroom has a single stand-alone twin bedroom and a bunkbed. The bunkbed has 3 twin beds, the bunks and a trundle pull out bed. The guest bathroom sits right off the guest bedroom. This condo conveniently has a stackable washer dryer combo.
La Isla had 2 resort style swimming pools with a wading area for kids. The pool area also has 2 hot tubs. Some of the other amenities offered are 2 grilling stations with seating areas under pergolas, a gym, a game room, and a large solarium with great views.
