Our luxurious private villa is located quietly at the shore and you will have the Atlantic ocean only 20 meter away from your toes while you relax in the couch after a great day in Iceland, waiting for the northern lights to start your own private show.

Enjoy your own private beach with all the beautiful stones and wildlife right at the doorstep.

The space
The property consist of two separate houses almost side by side. One is the main house 175 m2 and the smaller is 50m2.

The main house has two bathrooms and huge kitchen, one suite downstairs with sliding walls to separate from the living room. Upstairs we have sleeping areas for 8 people in an open space (loft style) divided into two spaces with sliding walls.

The smaller house has kitchen and bathroom, bedroom and living room.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We were gifted with seeing the northern lights in a truly magical place! As much as I’d like to gate keep this one for myself it’s to nice not to share!!! Sara was a fabulous host and the house has everything you need! Watching the northern lights in the hot tub was incredible! I can’t wait for our next visit!!!

I think for the price point it was an okay stay- we had issues with the toilet flushing, and the hot tub not working or getting hot (which was a main reason for booking) Also the beds were more like couches, so I would be cautious if you actually do have 14 people sleeping inside the home. There were some good parts to the stay- like the beautiful kitchen and the location of the property.

Our family had an amazing time at this place… It was our first time in Iceland and it did not disappoint us. The only set back was the code to get in to the house was a little stressful because it took awhile but other than that everything was smooth sailing… this is a great place to stay with your family.

Amazing Property!

We like to be away from the beaten path. This spot was isolated, but very well appointed. It is amazing. You will hear no neighbors or cars and enjoy watching the seals.

Great Location!

We loved our stay - right in the water! Views were amazing, kitchen was well stocked and the rooms comfortable. There are only 3 bedrooms though - but plenty of beds. We had one upset teen who had to sleep in the family room which was a bummer. But the house is nice and the private guest house was a great quiet space.

Modern waterfront

The home was great for a family stay. Everything was supplied in the kitchen, baths, and living areas. The views were fantastic, great privacy, and comfortable beds. Fabulous kitchen, open and easy to accommodate a large party. The only things that need attention are the grill which was broken, and the dryer did not put out enough heat to actually dry any clothes, we hung ours, but we had this issue in all three homes we rented in Iceland. Overall, great place and we would rent it again.
