A charming living space awaits in Unit 301, where a spacious studio and loft offer plenty of square footage for a couple or family. Kids will love the bunkbeds tucked away in the main floor nook, while a loft with king bed offers an element of privacy for adults. Located in the main lodge building, you'll enjoy easy access to dining and outdoor activities from this unit.

A wood beam ceiling and exposed brick wall offer an element of mountain charm in this chic condo. Curl up by the fireplace on a winter evening after a day in the snow. This spacious condo offers a comfortable living area complete with a sofa, multiple recliners, and a large flatscreen TV. Glass doors letting in natural light and scenic views also lead to a private balcony.

This family-friendly unit offers a full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. It's easy to enjoy some meals in from the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen. A table with cushioned seating for four is in the adjacent dining area, ideal for enjoying meals together or an evening gametime.

When it's time for bed in the evenings, there's plenty of space for a good night's rest. The main floor offers a set of twin bunkbeds tucked away in a nook that the kids are sure to love. A set of stairs leading up from the living area brings you to a loft overlooking the great room. Here you'll find a spacious king bed, as well as a closet for stowing away your luggage. Enjoy a late-night movie on the additional flatscreen TV in the loft without disturbing the kids downstairs. An optional curtain closes off the space from the great room for additional privacy.

This condo offers 633 square feet of living space, great for families or friends traveling together. In addition to the spacious interior, Unit 301 also puts you within close proximity to The Edge restaurant, as well as skiing slopes, mountain bike routes, and hiking trails. Enjoy it all from this charming condo with a loft!

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. This condo features air-conditioning to keep it cool in the warmer months. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.

Away from the maddening crowd!

We stayed at Timberline for one night while visiting our grown son that lives in the area. The unit was clean and comfy, just right for the three of us. We had the pool area to ourselves and enjoyed the peaceful vibe.

Enjoyed this unit. Location is great. Loved main room and bunk beds. Worked for our family of four. Loved the massage chair! Bathroom and kitchen are tight, good for quick meals. The loft got too warm and was surprised that it did not cool down at night. That was our buggest challenge even though there was evap cooler.

Great little ski in- ski out

My wife and I stayed in this nice little condo for a week. Although the kitchen is tiny, it’s sufficient for two people to cook in, and pretty well stocked. No spices etc so make a stop at the local grocery store 4 minutes away by car. Good size grocery store and liquor store next to it. Short walk down to the Upper Village, where you find more stores and restaurants than in the Base Village. It’s right next to the slopes so you ski down to the lifts and ski back to your condo. Timberline also provide a complimentary shuttle to pick you up and take you to the Villages and even airport if you don’t have a car. Easy check in and out at front desk. Nice views from condo. Comfortable beds.

Great Location for a Summer Get Away

Loved our stay! The property was perfect for our needs. There is a wall A/C unit in the loft which helped keep that area cool in the evening. The porch is a nice size to enjoy the mountain air with a morning cup of coffee or a happy hour cocktail. We used the property as our home base while going between Snowmass and Aspen. We enjoyed the close access to the Village Mall (definitely recommend Venga Venga for dinner!) and used the property transportation to attend an event in Snowmass. This was very convenient and easily accessible. We also had a rental car with us and the on-site parking was no problem. It was nice to be able to drive anywhere we wanted without relying on the bus transportation. But, you could definitely get around without a car. There are a number of stairs to navigate in the building, but they were not a problem for us. If you have accessibility concerns, this location may not be appropriate as there is no elevator access. We used the onsite laundry and it was very easy. The machines take only quarters, but there is a change machine and the front desk was very willing to provide us with smaller bills. This location is on the far side of Snowmass and we loved being a bit further up the mountain. Our friends were staying at a location in the valley. We definitely had more sun and it was warmer at our location throughout the day. Great access to walking trails and we saw a lot of wildlife (including an Elk one morning). Definitely would stay here again!

Great location. We did not eat in the on-site restaurant but had drinks and they brought us a complimentary order of homemade pretzels. Plenty to do in the area. It was a bit noisy Friday night with noise from the bar followed by a party in the unit next door. We used a fan from the closet as white noise and that worked!

The place was cute. We loved the hot tub area and little restaurant in the building. It was convenient walking distance to a little downtown area w/ shops, bars, etc. All-in-all, it was a great experience.

We really enjoyed our visit to SnowMass. Our room was great. It had everything we needed except a laundry machine/dryer which was located a short distance from our room on the property. Our family of 4 had plenty of room in this unit. It was very comfortable and clean. The in room massage chair and the out door heated pool/hot tub felt wonderful on our tired muscles after long days of skiing.
