This cozy 1-bedroom condo is adorned with paintings and photos from throughout Snowmass and Aspen, giving it a true mountain feel. In addition to a welcoming interior, you'll also enjoy morning coffee on the balcony with views of the mountains in the distance from this well-appointed Snowmass condo.
Perfect for a couple or small family, Timberline B2B offers cozy first floor living in Building B. Upon entry, a spacious open concept great room awaits with lots of natural light streaming in through the full wall of glass doors. The kitchen boasts full-sized stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware. Preparing meals in will be a breeze from the spacious kitchen island, where you'll have plenty of room to spread out your ingredients. The island also doubles as an eating space, with four bar-height chairs.
Move easily from the kitchen to relax in the living room, where tile gives way to soft carpet underfoot. The living area offers a comfortable place to unwind, with a large leather sofa and loveseat on which to relax and put your feet up. The wall mounted flatscreen TV is ideal for relaxing evenings in. Enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace on a cold day or step out onto the balcony to soak in the views when the weather is mild. Here you'll look out across an array of pine trees to the mountains beyond.
A private bedroom space makes it easy to slip off to bed at your leisure, even when keeping to a different schedule than your travel mates. The bedroom offers a spacious king bed draped with soft linens, and the bedroom window looks out over the same dreamy mountain landscape. A second flatscreen TV is located in the bedroom, along with plenty of drawer and closet space for unpacking.
This condo's bathroom is right across the hall from the master bedroom and offers a tub and shower combination. Perfect for those with additional travelers, a second sink is located just outside the bathroom so that morning and evening routines can be completed with ease. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room couch doubles as a sleeper sofa.
Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
