After ascending one flight of stairs to arrive at the front door, this 965-square-foot condo offers a welcoming living space for your family or small group. Enjoy the ease and privacy of a main level patio just off the living room, and plenty of interior space to relax and unwind after your day's adventures!
This condo boasts an especially welcoming living space, with a spacious L-shaped sectional sofa with room for all. The unit is decorated in light neutral colors, keeping the space bright and airy. The whole family or crew will look forward to gathering in the open concept great room, curling up on the plush sofa in the evenings. A grand stone wall with gas fireplace creates a cozy focal point, and there is also a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for evening entertainment. In the morning, natural light filters in through the wall of glass doors, providing a pleasant space to begin a new day.
In this open concept space, the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together, creating one main entertainment space. Full-sized stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware are provided for your culinary needs. Take a break from your day on the slopes with a mid-day meal in the comfort of your condo or simply enjoy the ease of snacking in the evenings. The eat-in kitchen features a spacious table with seating for four. Because this condo is a corner unit, you'll enjoy a large set of bonus windows in the kitchen, adding brightness to the space.
When you're ready to rest up for the following day's adventures, choose from two bedrooms. The master bedroom is tucked the furthest away from the great room and features a plush king bed. You'll enjoy plenty of space in the en suite master bath, which boasts his and her sinks as well as an extra vanity space. This bathroom features a corner shower. The second bedroom is right next door and offers two twin beds, great for families traveling with children. A full shower with tub is located in the second bathroom just across the hall. The living room couch also folds out into an additional sleeping space in this well-appointed unit.
Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.
This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
