The front door of this condo opens up to reveal a spacious great room perfect for spending family time together. Stow away your gear in the provided cubbies and hooks, keeping everything ready for the next adventure. Wood floors provide a cohesive feel throughout the great room, with several area rugs added to the living area for warmth. You will want to spend plenty of time in the living room, where a leather sofa and multiple easy chairs encourage you to put your feet up and relax. A gas fireplace situated in a brick hearth adds a cozy ambiance to the room, while a wall-mounted flatscreen TV ensures you have all the technology desired on hand. Through the expansive set of glass doors, enjoy partial views of mountains in the distance.

When it is time to close out the day, having access to three separate sleeping spaces will be appreciated. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed as well as an ensuite bathroom. Get ready with ease from the primary bathroom's his and her sinks, where you will also find a spacious walk-in glass and tile shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and is right across the hall from the second bathroom, which also offers a glass and tile shower. The kids will love the upstairs loft with its four twin beds and window to allow in natural sunlight. A full ensuite bathroom adds extra convenience to the loft.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
