The house was in a great location to alot of attractions and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the scened in porch. Would definitely stay there again.
The house is adorable and well laid out, but requires much maintenance and patience. The front bedroom was freezing but the master was too warm. The bathtub in the front bedroom was not draining well and one sink in the master fell through the vanity.

Great location to beach, barefoot and all that Windy Hill offers. Comfortable furniture and beds. Stocked well and thought of everything. Plenty of room for everyone. First stay here but wont be our last!

Great place
The location. Spacious, parking was bigger than I expected. Was satisfied
Overall, our stay at this beach rental was fantastic. The property had plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our group of nine, with four adults and five children. The fully stocked kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, and we appreciated how clean the entire place was upon arrival. The proximity to the beach was also a major plus, as it was just a short walk away.
During our stay, we encountered a very minor issue, but after contacting the rental management company the problem was quickly resolved by maintenance.
We would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future, as we found it to be a very nice and convenient place for a beach vacation. Highly recommended!
Super clean house could tell it was professionally cleaned before we came! Tons of space we had 7 people and space to spare :) kitchen well stocked plates and things to make food…we also used the grilled and it was great! Shed downstairs had a beach cart and toys and umbrella and chairs that was sooo nice! And a clothes line beneath the house was helpful with hanging towels and swimsuits, also very clean outside shower. There is a public access to the beach straight down the street so very close walk easy to do perfect not crowded location of beach and quiet street! It was all around great! Would definitely stay again!

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Check in was easy. Upon entering the house we noticed that it was around 74 degrees and the thermostat was set to 68. The refrigerator did not cool, the freezer on the fridge worked ok. The ceiling fan in the room with bunk beds only worked on low speed. There were strange bugs in the kitchen and rat glue traps everywhere. I reached out for assistance with the ac and was told that they would let the local team know to come look at it. That night was miserable because it was around 76-78 degrees. The next day I called, emailed and text customer service and was finally told that someone would be out on Saturday between 2-6. Two days with two toddlers, one adult with a newly amputated leg and one adult with insulin dependent diabetes in a hot house with being told multiple times that the earliest the ac could be checked was day 3 of our 4 day vacation. I don’t typically complain, I have used Vaca an and VRBO for years and I have never experienced anything like this. 300 a day and they offered an 80 refund credit??? I will never recommend Vacasa to anyone else . I’m sure losing my business will not financially cripple your company but I do hope others investigate the property reviews before they sign the agreement . Signed, One very unhappy woman

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the discomfort you experienced. The HVAC was repaired as soon as parts were available, the refrigerator and ceiling fans are fully functional, and pest control measures were in place. A refund was also issued for the inconvenience. We appreciate your input and hope future stays are much more comfortable.
The house was perfect for us, plenty of space and comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, we felt right at home. the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had no complaints on that part.
There were a few parts that were off. Not sure if the property owner or the property manager who needs to address. The yard had grass that was over half a foot tall, the power in one bedroom was out the first night, i called the management company and was told since it was after hours that someone would come out the next day. They did come the next morning and fix the issue.
Our last concern was the swaying that I could feel while laying in the bed or on the toliet. If i was in the bed, I could feel the whole bed shake if my husband walked up the stairs from outside or if he walked through the house. This was very noticeable in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There were also two cracks in the drywall in the same locations in two bedrooms which could explain the swaying of the floors. It was not terribly bad, but a light shimmy as if you were going up a hill on a roller coaster.
The house was beautiful otherwise, we enjoyed our trip very much.

Hi, Lori, thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. Our local team strives to provide every one of our guests with the best vacation possible. We are so sorry if our standards were not met during your time with us! We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you!
Pros-The size and layout worked well for our family-Water pressure and temperature inside were goodCons-The fridge was hot. Door was left open prior to our arrival. We had to put perishable items in coolers for the first 24 hours so they didn’t go bad.-The outdoor shower didn’t work at all the first day. We finally got it to barely work but it wasn’t enough to rinse off. -I reached out prior to packing to confirm the beach accessories we would have access to. Was told beach towels were included in that. I specifically asked if there was enough for our entire party. I was told yes. There were only 3 beach towels for our party of 9. -The other beach accessories were locked in a storage room. We were not told where the key was. I reached out asking and they had no idea. I was told a local team would come unlock it. No one ever told us where the key was or unlocked it. Day 3 of our trip I finally found the key hanging on the other side of the fridge-The listing states there is a pack n play. While that was true, it was stained and gross. I ended up buying one for my child. Picture included-WiFi listed in email and on signs in the house was incorrect. We had to find the router and password-Saw roaches in the kitchen-Not enough hand towels for bathrooms I reached out about most of these issues and was constantly told a local team would handle it. I never heard from a local team or got any resolution. I asked for a reimbursement and again never heard back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're pleased that the spaciousness and layout of our home served you well. That said, we sincerely apologize for the issues that kept you from enjoying your stay. Our local team assured us that the refrigerator was cleaned before your arrival and the door was closed. We're sorry that it took some time to cool down and regret the inconvenience this caused. The WiFi was affected by the storm and Spectrum remedied this as soon as possible. We are sorry that the Pack and Play was not clean and our housekeeping team would have remedied this, had it been reported during your visit. Please know that this is not the norm, as we value cleanliness and our guests' comfort. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.
