Beautifully remodeled single story cottage close to downtown Cincinnati!

Wonderful private single story home with an awesome new gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops, new stainless appliances, upgraded utensils, open floor plan, large dining room with built in window seat, large master bedroom has a king bed and includes an attached sun room with a twin daybed and twin trundle. All beds, linens, and towels are upgraded and new. Second bedroom includes a queen bed. Nice patio area with a gas fire pit. Privacy fenced back yard for relaxing or playing a game of corn hole and includes a gas grill. There is a full basement with a washer and dryer.
The house on a quiet urban residential street with plenty of on street parking and is right around the corner from the adorable town of Bellvue, KY with great restaurants, shops, brewery, and bars. It is also 8-10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and 45 minutes from the Arc and Creation Museum.

Lovely rental that is much larger than what it appears to be from the outside. Well stocked with everything one could possible need. Owner responsive to all our questions and requests. Would stay again.
