We lived in this house for many years as it had easy access to downtown Austin but also felt that you were in the country, sort of the best of both worlds.
What makes this property unique
Green space, location commbined with an amazing pool and chef's style kitchen - really puts it at the top of this list. To have the green space we have (21 acres) so close to so many activities and stores is a great asset but also, have 21 acres of green space and a lot of room to move around.
