Winter snowbirds? Traveling without a vehicle? This downtown, full house with front porch and roof top deck is located downtown New Braunfels, TX. Safe, quite neighborhood. Walk to live music, coffee shops, grocery store, food trucks, retail and more. Walk, ride bikes or rent a golf cart, this house a rare find in a WONDERFUL quaint part of town, where houses are original to the area.

The newly remodeled house is fully stocked and move-in ready. Large, walk-in closet offers storage and the separate downstairs can sleep additional guests if needed. Private parking. Located at exit 186, easily access the highway. 20 minutes from San Antonio, 40 from Austin, 15 from Canyon Lake, Wimberly and San Marcos. The house is perfectly located!

Perfect getaway

Perfect location and beautiful place. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Host was very proactive to ensure a great stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again on our next trip to New Braunfels.

Amazing Stay

This house was in a perfect location, walkable to downtown New Braunfels, and has everything you need. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautifuly decorated, cozy and private. The host thought of everything and was so friendly and communicative. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Holy moly, this place definitely felt like our home away from home! Beautifully decorated and in a perfect location for us! There’s a children’s museum that is only a 5 min walk which worked out perfect for our toddler’s birthday weekend. The host was very attentive, kind, and just overall amazing! All in all, this place is highly recommended and will be booking again in the future ☺️
